Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees:

   • Registration fees for participating in the Indian Aeropress Championship are non-refundable.

   • In the event that the Championship is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, registered participants will be notified, and registration fees may be refunded at the discretion of the organizers.

2. Merchandise Purchases:

   • All sales of merchandise, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and brewing equipment, are final.

   • We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise unless the item received is defective or damaged.

3. Cancellation by Participants:

   • Participants who are unable to attend the Championship after registering are not eligible for refunds of registration fees.

   • Participants may transfer their registration to another individual with prior approval from the organizers.

4. Cancellation by Organizers:

   • In the rare event that the Indiana Aeropress Championship is canceled by the organizers for any reason, registered participants and ticket holders will be notified, and refunds may be issued for registration fees and event tickets.

5. Refund Process:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

   • Participants or customers seeking a refund must contact us at info@indianaeropresschampionship.com with proof of purchase and a reason for the refund request.

6. Changes to the Policy:

   • We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.indianaeropresschampionship.com.

Shipping Policy

All participants are required to collect their competition coffees from the venue / roaster's address. These will be informed to participants before hand. Coffees will usually be ready before 10 days from the date of competition.
